Both my mother(Nancy) and I(Jodi) have suffered horrific abuse at the hands of those who were SUPPOSED to love and protect us. It is through these experiences that we developed a passion for wanting to help other victims/survivors of abuse. We are in the process of becoming a non profit organization that we hope will eventually lend financial aid and so much more to victims/survivors of abuse.

The F.O.R.E.V.E.R. acronym stands for-Focusing On Realistic Endeavors Versus Eternal Rage. What we mean by that is we want victims to become survivors and instead of fuming with anger and hate, we want them to start focusing on themselves and the strength within. We want to help empower through empathy, compassion, information, resources and STRENGTH.

One simple fact is:

You can come back from a shelter. You CANNOT come back from death!
